Description

We are a small game development studio, building original IPs after five years of making games for clients.

History

Our story

Three guys in a room somewhere in Buenos Aires, Argentina: that’s what HeavyBoat looked like at the time of its foundation, back in 2010. An early decision to focus on work-for-hire projects took us on a five-year ride in which we produced more than 30 games for clients like Cartoon Network, Disney and LEGO. Most were made for the web, but around seven of them - such as “Adventure Time: Jumping Finn Turbo”, “Regular Show: Grudgeball” or “Mixels Rush” – were successful mobile games. Today we are in the process of redefining our studio, creating original IP games for the first time in ages. Our upcoming “Winter Fugitives” will hopefully be the first of many!
